Energy, most American congregations have less of it than a generation
ago. Even our largest congregations are having to work harder to get and keep people engaged. There are, however, sources of energy all around us if we’re willing to color outside the lines, let things be a little messy, and most importantly relinquish control. The key is collaboration, finding partners where collaboration creates something greater than each partner brings to the table.
